What is Conscious Cuisine?
Food that feeds our whole being, the state of
our mind, body and spirit depends first and
foremost on what we consume. Our food is the
source of our energy and the quality of our food
determines both the quality and quantity of our life force.Organic, plant-based foods provide a superior source of energy and the most vibrant state of health.
Following the philosophy of Hippocrates Health Institute (founded by Ann Wigmore and Viktoras Kulvinskas), we believe vegan and raw sprouted and enzyme-rich green plants, grains, seeds, and nuts provide the best nutrients to feed our bodies, increase our intelligence, and even open our hearts. A basic attitude of gratitude towards nature, our Mother Earth from whom all blessings flow, transforms our relationship to our own body and to all the beings around us.

Conscious Cuisine encompasses not only the consumption of food, but also its growing and preparation. We grow as many of our own fresh fruits, vegetables, wheat grass, and sprouts as possible. We are members of the Finger Lakes Culinary Bounty and use local organic markets to supplement our garden.
Our menu offerings change daily and on any day may include fresh 2 oz. wheat grass juice; green drink or smoothie (cucumber, celery, greens, parsley, mint, optional carrot); fruit juice (watermelon, berries and mint); sprouts (sunflower, pea greens, alfalfa, fenugreek, broccoli, lentils; raw meals (salads, burgers, pizzas, tortillas) and crackers; raw desserts and ice cream; a variety of green, herbal and decaffeinated teas, coffee and coffee substitutes.
